1.1.    This agreement applies as between you, the User of this Web Site or Purchaser and Nica Ltd, the owner(s) of this Web Site. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Web Site.
1.2.    These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
1.3.    These Terms will apply to any contract between us for the sale of Products to you (Contract).
1.4.    Please read these Terms carefully and make sure that you understand them, before ordering any Products from our site. Please note that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the other documents expressly referred to in it. Every time you order Products from us, the Terms in force at that time will apply to the Contract between you and us.

1.10.    Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Colours of products may vary due to differences in camera/monitor settings; product packaging may also be different to that shown.

3.1.    By ordering products from us you are confirming that you are a qualified Hairdresser, Beauty Therapist, Nail Technician, or any other person who uses our products in a professional working environment. As such you are competent in using the products sold on this website, thus, we claim no responsibility if any product is misused due to negligence.

4.    Price
4.1.    We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on the site at any time. All orders for goods are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company for whatever reason.
4.2.    All prices are exclusive of VAT and delivery and are quoted in Pounds Sterling unless otherwise stated. Charges for VAT and delivery will be added automatically during checkout as applicable.
4.3.    Special offers are subject to availability and may change without notice.
4.4.    Although we try to ensure that prices on this web site are accurate, errors can sometimes occur. (The prices as stated are therefore, indicative only but an accurate total price, including delivery charges, will be confirmed to you when we send you confirmation of our acceptance of your order.) If the price when confirmed, is not to your satisfaction your sole remedy is to withdraw your order.

5.    Availability
5.1.    All products are subject to stock availability.

6.    Contract
6.1.    To make a purchase from our web site, you must complete the on-line order form.
6.2.    No part of this Web Site is intended to constitute a contractual offer capable of acceptance.
6.3.    The Purchaser’s order constitutes a contractual offer and our acceptance of that offer is deemed to occur upon us sending a dispatch email with an order reference number to the Purchaser indicating that the order has been fulfilled and has been dispatched.
6.4.    If we are unable to supply you with a Product, for example because that Product is not in stock or no longer available or because of an error in the price on our site, we will inform you of this and we will not process your order.
6.5.    We are not obliged to accept any order(s) you submit.

7.    Payments
7.1.    Payment in full is required to be made through this web site prior to despatch of goods.
7.2.    We accept all major credit and debit cards (Maestro, MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Cirrus, Discover), PayPal and Google Wallet.

8.    Delivery
8.1.    We deliver exclusively to UK mainland, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man. Deliveries to other destinations can be agreed on a case by case basis. Please use our Contact Us page for any enquiry.
8.2.    Delivery is usually by Royal Mail or any other delivery system of our choice.
8.3.    We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days of receiving an order, however this can vary subject to stock availability.
8.4.    Delivery is free of charge for orders above £30 net of VAT. All other orders incur a delivery charge of £2.90 net of VAT.
8.5.    Goods must be inspected on delivery and all claims for shortages or damages must be reported to The Seller within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

9.    Returns and Refunds
9.1.    We offer a 28 days return possibility after the contract date for all new customers. In all other circumstances we may agree to a return within that period.
9.2.    To return products please first send an email explaining the reasons to in order to receive a returns authorization code and a returns address.
9.3.    You must return the products to us at your own risk as soon as reasonable practicable.
9.4.    You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us.
9.5.    We will fully refund the product price to new customers. In all other circumstances we will charge a 10% handling and administration charge.
9.6.    The refund will be processed latest 30 days after we have received the returned products.

10.1.    This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited without express permission. All trademarks reproduced on this website which are not the property of, or licensed to, the operator are acknowledged on the website. 22.1.    We shall be entitled to cancel or delay delivery of orders if it is delayed, hindered or prevented from delivery through circumstances beyond our control. Such circumstances shall include (but are not limited to) industrial action, accident, fire, Act of God or failure to deliver by suppliers or couriers.

4.    Shopify
4.1.    Our web store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. 
4.2.    Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

5.    Payment
5.1.    If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. 
5.2.    All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. 
5.3.    PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

9.1.1.    _session_id, unique token, sessional. Allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc).
9.1.2.    _shopify_visit, no data held, persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit. Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits
9.1.3.    _shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day. Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
9.1.4.    cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks. Stores information about the contents of your cart.
9.1.5.    _secure_session_id, unique token, sessional.
9.1.6.    storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite. If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.
9.1.7.    Google analytics: PREF, persistent for a very short period. Set by Google and tracks who visits the store and from where.

10.    Changes to this Privacy Police
10.1.    We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
